All I can say is wow, is this wedding going to be a blast! We went out today with this fun-loving couple who were up for anything from sweet and light to hot and sexy. I am so blessed to have a FABULOUS second shooter (Christie) for this wedding who was with me today and we make a great team (in my opinion anyway)! I have no doubt this couple thinks we're lunatics and knows that I am directionally dysfunctional downtown but at least they can be confident that when we cover their wedding, we'll definitely think outside the box! It was so hard to narrow these down for a preview and I haven't even looked at Christie's yet!

So what happened to that rain today, huh? Thank goodness the weather man was wrong because there was NO WAY I was rescheduling this one. We have had this one on my schedule for weeks and weeks. Between us, this was the only day we had! Mom asked me what to wear and then followed my advice to the letter! Fabulous! Obedient clients are my favorite! I had so much fun with this one! She was up for absolutely anything and three hours later, we have some awesome images! Congrats to her for getting a volleyball scholarship! Go Alicia! Oh my goodness, what a little angel! There were just so many great shots, I couldn't narrow them down! This little miss is my newest baby planner and she is sheer perfection in every way! I had such a great time snapping away that I lost track of time and totally forgot to pick up my youngest! That should tell you how much I enjoyed this little bundle.

These are for a terrific young barrel racer with a bright future. Meet Morgan, she has a way with animals and people too. I just fell in love with her no holds barred honesty and genuine personality. I told her just to be who she is and I'd do the rest. I truly hope I captured some of that honesty and that she and her mom are pleased! Enjoy your preview ladies!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you know that it's not always possible to post sneak peeks and some of you have asked why your session didn't get one. The simple answer is that there just isn't time. I try to post them as often as I can and the busier I get, the harder it gets. Kight-Spencer Wedding

Months of planning, preparation and nerves went into today and I am touched to have been a part of it. I arrived at 10:30 yesterday morning and twelve hours later, off they went into the night as man and wife. Next stop, Cozumel, Mexico. I wish you both nothing but happiness and joy and most of all, a great tan!
The ladies praying for Jen before she got dressed and made one of the biggest decisions in her life. Such a tender moment between close friends and family.

I know this image will mean alot to Mr. & Mrs. Kight so I wanted to be sure to include it on my blog. You both raised an amazing daughter!

Jamie, Class of 2008. Can you tell what his interests are and where he's going to school next year? Such a nice kid and his mom was terrific. We had a great time and I think Jamie came out unharmed!! I always encourage my seniors to bring whatever they're "into" with them so we can incorporate into their session. I cannot believe how much Miss A has grown! Where does the time go? This is probably one of my favorite clients (I know I say that alot, but it's true)! I get to see them every six months or so and we already have our holiday shots planned. It was so incredibly hot out there today. Ugh! I am not at all ready for a Texas summer! The kids were great sports even after A tossed her sucker and it shattered! Enough blabber already, enjoy your sneak peek, Amber!

Sneak Peek for Holly & Chelsea

I had a session with cousins yesterday. I see them every three months and they come a long way for me. I have no doubt that my regular readers will recognize the strapping little boy in this post as my baby planner, Mr. C. Poor little man was feeling awful, most likely suffering from allergies combined with teething (no fun). So, we didn't get many of him but we will try again in the next couple of weeks when he is feeling better. What we did get are some terrific pictures of his cousins. Aren't these girls just dolls? Such gorgeous eyes and personalities. Beautiful! I have to give a shout out to my wonderful assistant, it was my middle child who was my assistant and she did a terrific job! Thanks L!
