Sneak Peek Baby Luke

My how time flies! It seems like just yesterday that this little sweetheart was a newborn and now look at him! We had to reschedule this session a couple times so is a little more than three months which is fine by me since they older babies are, the better able they are at holding their heads up. Can you see how much he loves the camera? I could have taken pictures of him all day! And just why is that little boys always get the amazing eyelashes? Mr. & Mrs. Boze

This past weekend we drove to Belton, TX right outside Waco for the wedding of one of my beautiful brides to a wonderful man that I know will love her for the rest of her life. It was quite a ways to drive but it was so worth it! These two families along with their guests were just such sweethearts! I know that the Bozes are off on their cruise, but if I know Marci, she is still checking the blog every chance she gets so I have several to post for her that I think will make her smile! Hope you're both enjoying smooth sailing and I will talk to you when you get back, but until then enjoy these moments from your big day!

Hurrican Ike Update

Power was restored Monday evening and the majority of yesterday was spent doing laundry, cleaning up, and trying to find some sense of normal. The kids will be out of school for the remainder of the week but will hopefully be back next Monday. Slowly, I am getting back to work and this may go without saying but I wanted to let everyone know that your on-line galleries will be delayed as well as any orders that have been placed. I will also be extending current on-line gallery expirations as well. I hope everyone fared well and is safe at home right now. Thank you so much!

Weather Closing

As I am sure most of my clients and local readers know, a rather nasty storm is heading our way and I wanted to let everyone know that I would not be available until Tuesday at the earliest. I would also like to ask everyone to please be safe and take caution this weekend whether you are evacuating or not. We will be here with lots of water, canned goods, flashlights and batteries. Hopefully Ike moves on with as little damage as possible. Thanks and God Bless!

Sneak Peek Baby Kara

I LOVE NEWBORNS!! This is Laurie's long awaited princess, Kara and let me tell you, she was worth the wait. She fought sleep for about an hour when she got here, but only because everything was just so nifty that she wanted to look around and take it all in. I did manage to get her to doze off a few times and she was just a doll baby. Enjoy your sneak peek mom & dad!

Sneak Peek Benjamin

I love word of mouth advertising! There is nothing in the world like it, no print ads, radio or television can compare to a happy client's recommendation. This handsome guy came to me through a friend of his mom's. We started in studio this afternoon and then continued outside with a fabulous family heirloom rocking chair which was just to die for! It was hard not to run away with it when the session was over. ;)

Sneak Peek Baby Audrey

I feel like I have waited forever to meet this little angel who is just now three months old. Unfortunately for the first two months of her life she was hospitalized with a rare genetic disorder called SLOS and wasn't able to come home with her mommy & daddy right away so you know I was thrilled to get the message from Amber that she was home and ready for her first official photo shoot. First off let me say that the love, peace and sheer joy in this home were palpable; the way they interact with each other and especially with Audrey make my heart want to burst. These two parents were specially selected by God Himself to raise this child and I know this as much as I know anything else and beyond that, I know this is the perfect family ready to tackle anything in their path with devout faith and patience. On to Miss Audrey, such a little professional all the way with so much personality and will, mom will have her hands full in the coming years but I honestly think Amber wouldn't want it any other way. Please allow me the pleasure to introduce the greatly anticipated and very much adored, Miss Audrey...

Sneak Peek Baby DJ

Oh my goodness, there just aren't words for this little guy, he was just so perfect! I could have snuggled him all day long and not gotten tired of it. At 10 days old he already knows how to work the camera and barely made a peep the entire session. I know his mom and dad are watching for his preview so without any more fuss (since they already know what an angel his is), here is Mr. Dallas, Jr!

Sneak Peek for Dede & Dennis

I met this couple in my favorite field at my favorite time in the evening for some couple-y shots since they haven't ever had any taken. The only downside was the unbelievable number of love bugs out tonight! Dennis is a great saxophone player so of course he wanted to include it in some of their shots. These two prove that you are only as old as you feel and obviously they plan on staying young together for quite some time to come. It was so great to finally meet you both and I can't wait to shoot your upcoming wedding in January!
